Install  vista style builder as usual to install the program in Windows 7
Then run vista style builder. 
First time press or click Open, to open an existing visual style's go to like on picture bellow
C: \ Windows \ Resources \ Themes \ (Lion.msstyles=this my msstyle ) msstyle choose a theme from one of yours

After that point in the search field and click the change in position value now write Segoe.

As the default font in windows is the Segoe font so you may change the entire font in windows to replace Segoe font in msstyle.
now your left hand column on the visual style builder has changed. change one by one font that is like in the picture below.

Then after all is complete save the work of changing the font in a folder anywhere then copy and replace your theme msstyles from fox earlier.
You may also click to test it with a test button if you've managed to guess all there is no disruption of the vista style anything. Exit bulder then go to Control Panel \ Appearance and Personalization \ Personalization select the theme you are editing.
